Connected Family Home Care is an adult family home serving residents in Waukesha County and Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. We strive to meet all the assisted-living services for physically, mentally, and developmentally disabled adults in the area.
Our Story
We understand our community's growing need for compassionate and high-quality care services. That is why we established our home care center in 2019. That same year, we expanded to multiple locations to serve as many residents as possible.
